CHEESY GARLIC SAUSAGE & CHEDDAR MINI-MUFFINS

Ingredients

1 box Cheesy Garlic Beer Bread Mix
1 can (355 mL) carbonated beverage
(beer, lemon-lime soda, flavoured water, etc...)
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
6 breakfast sausages, cooked and crumbled
1 beaten egg

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients. Gently blend. Do not over-mix. Scoop into mini-muffin tin. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes, then remove from tin. Makes 24-36 mini muffins. Note: You can use different sausages and cheeses for other flavour combinations, like Italian and Havarti or add blended Jalapeno cheese for some heat.
